She has served on the board of directors for the Women's Business Center and on the business committee for the Manchester Young Professionals Network. In 2007, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) awarded Debra the NH Women in Business Champion of the Year.

Through Platinum Principle Training and Development, LLC, Debra provides training, coaching and consultation to business leaders, corporations, nonprofit agencies, and public schools(www.platinumprinciple.com).

Debra holds masters degrees in both clinical and applied psychology and earned her doctorate in applied psychology from Rutgers University in 1998. She is a licensed psychologist in New Hampshire as well as a certified life coach and Peoplemap™ trainer.

    As a result of his hiring and training experience, Bill Sparks has reviewed

    many resumes and he has learned what makes a resume good, what

    makes a resume better, what makes a resume work best for

    you.  Bill Sparks will talk to us about what he has learned and will share

    his collection of best tips on how to make a resume go from routine

    to outstanding.

    Bill Sparks has presented this talk, by request, to hundreds of people

    including various networking groups and the Career Training Center for

    Mass Division of Employment Training.

    Bill Sparks is an Engineering Manager / Project Manager and has worked

    with companies such as Segway, Bose, Schneider Automation, and

    Hewlett Packard.  In this capacity, he has interviewed and hired many

    people for a variety of roles.  He is a hands-on leader with technical

    diversity and has developed and delivered products in automotive,

    automation, I/O devices, communications, networking, and Personal

    Computers.
